TMD

The process

How TMD Works

Mathematics, data, and structured decision-making, explained step by step.

Section 1

How information becomes decisions

01 · Allocation

  1. 01

    Capital Partner

Allocates capital to a TMD program.

  2. 02

    Capital Allocation

Capital is deployed through the Capital Allocation Program.

02 · Analysis & decision

  1. 03

    Market Information

Markets generate vast amounts of information every day.

  2. 04

    Mathematical Analysis

Information becomes measurable, using data and probability.

  3. 05

    Quantitative Models

Predefined rules turn analysis into a structured process.

  4. 06

    Risk Controls

    Limits that bound every position.

  5. 07

    Decision Framework

Decisions follow a process, not short-term market noise.

03 · Outcome

  1. 08

    Performance Outcome

    Results are continuously monitored.

  2. 09

    Capital Partner Reporting

Documented and reported to Capital Partners.

Section 2

How risk is managed

01

Predefined boundaries

Every system operates within risk limits set in advance.

02

Controlled position sizing

Position size is controlled to safeguard aggregate equity.

03

Independent systems

Multiple independent systems, so no single model defines the whole.

04

Continuous monitoring

Performance outcomes are monitored on an ongoing basis.

Average 0.77%

Across 12 systems, risk per position ranges from 0.10% to 2.16%.

Section 3

How reporting works

  1. 1

    Capital allocated

A Capital Partner allocates capital to a TMD program.

  2. 2

    Continuously monitored

System activity and performance outcomes are tracked.

  3. 3

    Documented

Outcomes are recorded in a consistent format.

  4. 4

    Capital Partner Report

    Reported to Capital Partners.

Reporting frequency for each tier is shown on the Program page. A point-in-time view of system activity is available in the Operational Snapshot.

What this means for Capital Partners

Capital Partners do not need to monitor markets, interpret complex data, or make day-to-day financial decisions.

TMD is responsible for the mathematics, analysis, system oversight, and performance monitoring that support the Capital Allocation Program.
